  10. Anger. Disappointement. Pain. Hurt. They can ALL be fuel. Failing is just one step in the right direction. Don't do things to please OTHERS because they sure as shit don't want to please you. Do things that make YOU happy. There's my 2 cents for today LOL Have a fabulous-tastic day everyone! 🙂

  11. It is faulty logic to tell people their problems don't matter because other people have it worse. Problems in life are real and people may or may not be equipped to overcome them in that moment, compassion and counsel can be very helpful. I understand his message and it is good but people need to learn for themselves how to overcome adversity before they can detach themselves from the adversity they faced.

  12. You’re right. I’ve encountered many ppl who try to bring you down. Just down waste you precious energy on those ppl. You matters. Keep working on making yourself better. You’ll find more satisfaction in that.

  13. Even a person who is continuing to build projects in the fitness/strength & conditioning world, in my mid thirties. This is relevant. This shows hard work doesn't stop but you control this, align with your strengths and purpose and do it from the heart. Keep believing and working and watch it grow x
