7 Thoughts to “Reseller Musings – why I'm no longer sourcing Retail Arbitrage (RA) stock”

  1. I've tried RA in the past and for the budget I have it never seemed to go very far and my return has been pretty much non-existent so I'm exclusive to boot sales, charity shops, a house clearance shop and jumble sales. 🙂

  2. Good for you Andrew : ) have a great week!

  3. I think its because of the inventory you have behind you now, you have got up to a level where you don't need to rely on spending more on stock.

  4. I have never had any luck with RA i always stick to 2nd hand collectables, interesting video and ideas 🙂

  5. My RA stuff is years old and i am having to sell it at tiny margins ,i stopped buying RA items long ago.if they dont go this xmas there in the car boot pile for the next sale.

  6. I agree, RA is boring to me. I love the treasure hunt with second hand stuff

  7. Yes i much prefer to spend the money I put back into the business at car boots/auctions to get a bigger return. Especially when the amount I have to invest each month is limited so I need to maximise the return on that money
