  2. Here in Indonesia most people prefer to order through WhatsApp if you lead them to a landing page. Websites like shopify arent too popular. There are other local options, even woocommerce, but data still shows popularity to WhatsApp (even more than leading to Shopee, etc).

    What are your tips on tracking conversions if leading to a platform such as WhatsApp? At most you can optimize conversions for people clicking on the WhatsApp button, but this is also a bad thing as it is similar to those who optimize for Add To Cart, which aren’t ideal for purchases.
