Building a budget home gym can be a bit difficult due to how many options are available. Today, I want to show you how I would build a full home gym for under $500 exclusively on Amazon, which means it also includes shipping. A lot of this equipment isn’t great and are things you’ll eventually want to upgrade, but to start out, these should get you going.

I would suggest looking at retailers sites as well as they will sometimes offer lower pricing so they don’t have to pay Amazon.

  1. We are Puzzle BoxMCN . Now we are looking for some influencers to promote products.

  2. Dude, the 1st item in the list in now doble the price …

  3. You can do it for $100 with a pull up bar and rings.

  4. Can you do under $100 bucks

  5. full home gym is a pair of dip bars, gymnastic rings and a pull up bar, that's all

  6. Bench without spotter arms?

  7. Sold for 145 per single freaking bumper plate now.. sad.

  8. I literally lost 15lbs by just watching your videos…

  9. If one only have $500 to send. Search Craigslist and Facebook market place. Last year weights, etc. was outrages. By mid year it went for over $2 per pound used in my area. With things back to more normal. There should be a lot of great deals available for used.

  10. 1 year later the CAP Beast bar (which is pretty crappy, it's what my gym bought when it was basically the cheapest replacement option) will LITERALLY cost you as much as a Stainless Steel Rogue Ohio bar. Looking at both now. Better off buying a lower tier Rogue bar, it's substantially cheaper 😂

  11. Hell no concrete is cheap I’m making custom

  12. Planet fitness is good for beginner I’m not maxed out the equipment there yet so I’ll wait

  13. man was recording on google meet

  14. you could try 2 buckets of water and a stick trick. Super cheap.

  15. i managed to find a half squat rack for $150 on ebay during covid works well no issues. but i found it’s the weights that cost a fortune lol

  16. You were over $500 half way thru the video! 🤣

  17. Total Gym G3 $399. It looks like a gimmick, the infomercials don't help shed that image. But after a week, as someone a little overweight, with previous injuries and surgeries it does that wonderful "works out places I didn't know I had places", that I used to get as an endurance athlete 30 years ago. I previously bought free weights on Amazon and got…..pretty much nothing. So I will see if I can wear out the Total Gym. I apologise to those who are already in some sort of shape or who have not broken bones, torn ligaments and so on. But for the older battered bodies TG does a decent job for not much money.

  18. dude what's up with your video I thought it was my wifi connection acting up again.

  19. Need to do this again but now that no one has access to any new weights….

  20. I just got a welder to make me a rack, was way cheaper. Depends on who’s making it though.

  21. A lot of good info here, but one thing that I feel like really needs to be said. Don't ignore weight ratings! Yes, they could probably hold a bit more than the limits, but that is the "safe working load" Any more than that and you are putting yourself in danger. Especially on equipment that you are trusting to protect you if you can't finish a lift. If that bench is rated to 500 lbs, and you weigh 250 and put 300 on the bar, you have exceeded the rating. It might not be an issue, but if you have weight on a bar and that bench gives underneath you, you could get hurt really badly. As someone who is providing this information in a fairly professional way to a large audience, I would really steer clear of making statements that "I know its rated to xx but I feel like it could hold more." If someone takes your advice and then gets hurt, you might face some legal issues over it. Just my .02.

  25. I don’t believe in using spotters on the bench press. Fear is a helluva motivator to get the weight up!

  26. A que saben los esteroides ?

  27. I’m almost done with my indoor gym, it was probably about a 1000 all together. Probably around 750, for the treadmill and workout bike, and cardio tools together. Amazon and Walmart helps

  28. That power rock is twice the price on German Amazon….

  29. Lmao $500 would get u a cheap bench and bar with like 100lbs on it… lmao

  30. I know in many places gyms are opening again but can you make a video about home gyms for people with very Limited space? Like recommend foldable benches etc?

  31. Coop, just came across your channel of awesomeness! . I will be reviewing your videos closely. I am helping open/setup a large Judo & Jujitsu (non-profit) facility in Ohio. Looking for low cost options since we don't have funds in place yet. Thanks for making these videos!
