Escape Your Fear by Admitting You're Afraid

Bringing awareness to your shortcomings is the mist liberating thing you can do for yourself. If you admit your darkest secrets and don’t hold them inside, it disarms people and leaves them with nothing to use against you.

  3. I've always wanted to start a YouTube channel surrounding music, guitar, other instruments; jamming over tracks; improv; and philosophical discussions about music etc, but I've always had this crippling fear of 'not being good enough when compared to others doing what I want to be doing'. I haven't been able to figure out within myself if I really want to be doing said thing or if I am genuinely afraid of doing it.

  4. yeah fear of judgment comes when a lot of people ask about something that you dont like, for example in my case everyone always be like why are you skinny even though i have a body like spider man but they cant see that when i am wearing shirt and i live in Pakistan and where having inflated fatty body is actually considered healthy. So i was very concerned about it but then i get to know that Negative people always get satisfaction by lower other people moral or energy. And the truth was that they actually want to get as slim as me and i can get abs and cut because my ethnicity was 40% Mongolian but native Pakistani cant get that kind of body even when they workout, they get right back to the fatty bulky physique. So, basically they want be to feel bad about myself so they can get feel good about them. So, i accepted what i am and when someone say why am i so slim or you should eat something kind of negative statement, I would say why are you worried about it? its not like i am gonna marry your sister or something, and oh boy the look on their face is priceless.

I thought I had it bad with occasional urinary tract infections, headaches, allergic rhinitis and floaters in eyes…

  11. I have changed my ways alot but I am still getting judged and vilified to the point I just sit in my house hoping it will pass.

  12. The sad thing is when people say they were sexually abused especially if they are male they are then held under close scrutiny that they are going to be sexual abusers and that is not true for most of these victims it saddens me because they keep it inside and invariably are mistreated and misunderstood by their peers.

  25. Hi gary sir. Been watching you since 2 years and learned more than what I know from the past 20 years of my teaching. I am a student from india and all my life I tried just one single thing to how have my own set up and work my ass off and give it all my time and efforts to bring value to my consumers. But the society I live in is always against Enterpreneurial behaviour traits and just want to grab a fucking 1000$ job and be in that fucking middle class where I have seen everybody including my own father struggling to make and achieve those daily needs.
Since you came in my life, I have started being more positive about owning my own bussiness and practicing that on a daily basis and convincing my parents with EMPATHY to trust me and my work. Thank you for making me more positive on what I wanted to… Thank you so much. I love you. Deep from my heart☺️
