  1. Naah i think Thats bs. Removing instagram and messenger and delaying gratification changed my life and well beeing very much. Its the apps, not the lack of willpower

  2. My story is that I want more time to focus on the truly essential things but don't want to have to harness the willpower to avoid social media bullshi$ or other shi^ but it all comes down to discipline and adjustment so… Maybe announce the challenge of what your gonna do over social media would be best. Ya know, work on the mental toughness and disciplinary side to resistance. I know for me, these social media outlets offer a great big familiar, safe, place to come back to, where I pretty much always know what to expect time and time again…

  3. Another great video Gary, I'm still thinking about the banana theory from a previous video. There must be something in it.

  4. Social media is good for people like Gary Vee, but not for people like us who follow people like Gary 😂

  5. after a few recent vedioes, Gary look upset people asking him about negativities of social media that the kind of revolution in question is best

  6. I agree there is no excuse not to have discipline to focus on what is needed. However I think Gary and plenty of other speakers skirt this question. The question is not about personal accountability it’s about corporate accountability. These folks refuse to comment on the malicious and intentional actions of companies because they fear being downplayed in the networks they control. You’ve never heard anyone say anything bad about he companies but they have a lot of bad things to say about you and people in general. It’s intellectually dishonest.

  7. Im addicted to Gary vee, is that okay? 😂

  8. Great video Gary! Social media can be also a great way to market yourself and your business. Love from a small youtuber 🙂

  9. “Social media doesn’t make you insecure, you’re insecure…” It’s almost sad to see how much truth is in this simple statement
